A quiet place, made for healing.
Reflect was built for young adults — of every gender — who have lived through sexual assault or harassment. It's a space to feel what you feel, write what you can't yet say out loud, and find others who understand.
Your journal stays on your device
We never see what you write. Entries live only in your browser, until you choose to share something to the community.
Anonymous by default
No accounts, no names, no email. The community is moderated to keep it safe and gentle.
Inclusive of everyone
Survivors come in every gender, background, and identity. This space is for all of you.
You set the pace
Healing isn't linear. You can write nothing for a week, or pour everything out at 3am. Both are okay.
